About Me

 Roberto Costanzo is a New York City based real estate broker and owner of New York Realty Solutions. Aside from his work in real estate, he also founded a successful travel agency,  is a professional aviator and an F.A.A. certified flight instructor. Having grown up in Rome, near a small airport, Roberto loved watching the planes land and take off during his childhood. He attributes his professional accomplishments in real estate--to his love of flying, and the skills he learned while working his way to the top of the aviation world.  Not only did these experiences instill a love of travel, but they also engrained the patience, thoughtfulness and pragmatism that makes him so successful in real estate. Roberto truly loves working with people. He is a self-described “people person” and excels at helping every client find exactly what they want-- whether it is a first apartment, a family home or vacation get-a-way. This pragmatic approach keeps emotions in check when it comes to business negotiations. Because of his many years of experience, Roberto consistently makes calculated, well-thought-out, strategic decisions. This “think before you act” approach to real estate minimizes errors and avoids ever settling for less than exactly what the client wants. Roberto's passion for flight and travel has taken him all over the world; he discovered that he feels at home in New York City. Roberto spends his free time traveling and visiting friends and family in Rome, but always returns to his home base in New York. He lives in and operates his business out of New York City.
